We met with Nick Gigantes and he thoroughly and patiently explained all of the car's details. We ordered our 2014 that day! We enjoyed the driving experience and always had fast and courteous service from everyone at the dealership. We decided to visit them last month to check out the 2017 with all the new features. Once again we worked with Nick. He explained all the new technology and since we were happy with the trade in value of our 2014, we purchased the 2017 that day. They were really fantastic in giving me information on the new 2017 Impreza and when they thought they would be in production and at the dealership. Ken and Dan Janelli and Mark Waltich answered all of my questions and were a pleasure to work with. We struck a very fair deal in no time and everything that was promised was delivered. Ken was extremely helpful and not only wanted to but did make sure I was completely satisfied. This is the second time I have purchased a car at Wayne Subaru, there first over ten years ago. The same no pressure atmosphere that was there then is still there. There is no question their philosophy of how to operate a fair and honest dealership has not changed over the years. There is nothing negative I can say about the experience, Ken made it easy. He was terrific. I can't recommend him, Dan or the dealership highly enough.
