I highly recommend wayne subaru. I believe I got a very fair deal. They took my car in trade, and gave me a very fair lease price. After making a deal, I changed my mind on which model I wanted. My experience at Wayne Subaru was the best experience I have ever had leasing a car and I have leased 6 cars with other local dealerships in the past. Joan Vaccaro, who I worked with closely answered every have ever had leasing a car and I have leased 6 cars with other local dealerships in the past. Joan Vaccaro, who I worked with closely answered everyone of my emails in a timely manner, all my questions with accuracy and explained further whenever I needed more information without question. Her professionalism and patience with my sometimes not so friendly attitude was so appreciated. She became more than just a sales person, Joan was someone who allowed me to take my time while changing my mind about the car I wanted and also a lease vs. a purchase. During the entire process I never felt pressured to make a decision! That, I have never experienced. When it came time to sign the papers for my lease, I thought I was going to get pressured by someone trying to make me obtain extra coverage for tires etc...but nope, no pressure just an explanation of what was being offered. Guess what? It is the first time I actually decided to take advantage of a vehicle protection plan!!! Again, the no pressure, allow the customer to make their own decision, put me at ease. I was always treated like it was my decision to make and not a huge mistake if I decided not to get the extra coverage. I did not spend too much time with him but I think it was David??? If not I apologize, you know who you are. You were great! In three years time, I plan to come back to Wayne Subaru and look forward to purchasing a car with Joan's help of course.
