I came to Webb Chevy to buy a specific new car on the lot. I experienced some confusion/mistakes when negotating price: at first I was told a very fair price (MSRP), but when getting the final numbers in lot. I experienced some confusion/mistakes when negotating price: at first I was told a very fair price (MSRP), but when getting the final numbers in writing, there were some extra addons that I was told couldn't be taken off, which didn't make me happy. Later, Chris came in and told me that there was a mistake (the addons weren't required, after all), and after that everything was fine. While I can't be completely certain whether this was just an honest mistake, everything was fixed in the end and the experience after that point was pretty smooth. However, everything also moved extremely slowly and took forever; I don't know if this is because of covid or it's just a busy time of day/month/year or what, but the process basically took all day (most of it over the phone/online, but even then it took several hours after physically coming in). My sales guy Adrian was good company during the long waits, offering plenty of conversation to fill in the time. More
I had a 715 appointment for an inspection. I did not hear back until almost 8 hours later (I called a couple times and I was told it wasn’t ready). They also wanted to charge me $566 for my radiator when I could go buy it from the parts department myself for $441 per the Chevrolet website. Their inspection fee was also $29 more than a different dealership 15 minutes away. Overall Frustrating experience. More

Ivan was helpful especially with pointing out all of the new car features and the OnStar registration and set up. The only downfall was that the wait for financing; it was extremely long. I even suggeste new car features and the OnStar registration and set up. The only downfall was that the wait for financing; it was extremely long. I even suggested the dealer provide the opportunity for customers to leave and receive a text (as restaurants do) when it's about to be your turn to meet with the finance personnel. I was at the dealer for just over 6 hours and more than half of that time was me just sitting around waiting for my turn to meet with Joe (finance). Would be ideal to consider investing in the technology that allows you to 'free up' a customer's time (e.g., to go grab a bite to eat). More
