Worst customer Service plus they cheat you too I signed the lease on August 30th and they call me the next day saying they wouldn't give me the car because on I'm visa so i extend my current car le I signed the lease on August 30th and they call me the next day saying they wouldn't give me the car because on I'm visa so i extend my current car lease and went about my life and they give me a call few weeks later saying that they got TFS to approve my loan. So they give me the car in October and to my shock they charged me for an entire month from August 30th and now I get a bill for late car return fee of $350 for my old car.I literally gave my old car the day I got my new car. I tried to call them multiple times, they ignored me and when I go there they made me wait for hours. I would NOT RECOMMEND this dealership. Please save yourself from being cheated More

As we all know car buying is extremely stressful - but here you do not feel pressured. Went from a corolla to a new camry and love it! The service at Wellesley is also quick and painless. Customer service is great. Nice to come pick up your new vehicle and have everything taken care of with the registry and drive away! Thanks Ray More

Our rep, Ray Glennon was very helpful when we picked the car up and gave me an excellent tutorial on all the features, which were quite new to me because I was driving an older car that didn't have any of these features. Each time we went to the dealership, every person we encountered was courteous and responsive to helping us. I would recommend Wellesley Toyota to everyone. More

Their online personnel responded to my email inquiry (i.e., price, discount and availability) promptly and professionally (i.e., without any hassle or any back and forth). I followed up with an onsite visit where I received further discount and purchased the car. My overall experience with Wellesley Toyota was much better compared to other dealerships. More
Disapproved with abbusive tone V. disappointed with the customer service today at the Wellsley Toyota. During the test drive of a HighLander on route 9 with the sales consultant, a V. disappointed with the customer service today at the Wellsley Toyota. During the test drive of a HighLander on route 9 with the sales consultant, as I proceeded to step on the gas peddle to test out the acceleration for a good 3-5 seconds, the Highlander accelerated faster than what we anticpated. The speed limit on route 9 is 50 miles/hour, there was a brief second or two the car was going at 60 miles/hour. The sales consultant asked me to slow down, and challenged me if I would drive like that with my own car? I said no, but I am trying out the acceleration for the Highlander. I immediately followed his advice and slowed down the car. After I came back to the office and used a bathroom break, there was a tall man who tried confirm with me what other vehicles that I plan to test drive. He told me to go below the speed limit and DO NOT ABUSE the vehicle. The going below the speed limit makes sense, though it was only for 1-2 seconds... I thought that last line saying abusing the vehicle was excessive, I have done pretty of test drives elsewhere to test the acceleration and never heard such a thing. I wish that tall man from the dealership would ask me in details what happened first, before insulting a customer who is not used to the acceleration of the car. Additionally, the sales consultant only worked there for 1 year, and keeps asking me the price range that I am looking for before even test driving the Highlander that I am interested. I kept letting him know that it's less about the price and more about if I like the car. I wish that sales consultant would just listen and give a little to the customer and instead of being a pushy sales person. Finally, this is a relatively light weekday with v. few customers. I hope the dealership can improve with it's service and comments esp if a customer is v. serious about buying the car, not limited by the pricing, but just didn't want to get pushed by saying "I am not planning to buy the car today".
