Worst dealership ever Used cars department is awful. The salesman was totally disengaged from the beginning. We were the only customers but waiting on him was much longer t Used cars department is awful. The salesman was totally disengaged from the beginning. We were the only customers but waiting on him was much longer than the drive test for my daughter's first car. There was very poor communication, and he made clear impression that he was much more interested to go home in the next 10 min when they were closing than to discuss the car. Next day, I went with my wife and asked him to show her the car if still available. He said the car is outside, it's open and she can see it. When we came in, we had to stand inside for a while waiting on him, only to hear that the car was not for sale as somebody had made a deposit. There was no other customer in the dealership who could have made a deposit while my wife was checking the car. This was a pure lie. We just left never to visit this dealership again. This happened yesterday. Today I bought a car from a dealership where they knew how to treat customers. My advice: stay away from Wellesley Toyota. More

Great Experience with Wellesley Toyota This is my third lease with Toyota. I have had great experience with Brad Trefrey originally at the Toyota of Dartmouth dealership. Tim clearly walked us through all of our options, and compared buying to leasing- in a way that was no pressure, whatever we decided to do. We ultimately decided to trade in our 11-year old car and lease the Highlander. Very happy with the experience, and the car. A much needed upgrade. More

I was greeted promptly, shown exactly the car I asked for and treated respectfully from start to finish. My plan originally was to drive the iA and go directly and drive a Mazda3 at another dealer. After driving the iA I was not pushed, or pressured. If I had been, I would have walked away. Rather I was asked if I would like a price quote which was right where I had hoped to be. Horrible communication! Toyota used cars - do not trust what they tell you. Called ahead 30 minutes before arriving and was told the car as on the lot and not sold. Was told Toyota used cars - do not trust what they tell you. Called ahead 30 minutes before arriving and was told the car as on the lot and not sold. Was told it had been viewed today but he reiterated NOT sold. When arriving there was poor communication in the store and treated as if it was my fault. Happy to share with the GSM the employees names. More
