Poor Experience looking for a Used Car Went to Wellesley Toyota looking for a used car. The main dealership sent me up the hill to their used car location. What was worse than the physical appearance was our experience with our sales consultant. We were looking for a RAV4, but wasn't going to buy that day. Our sales consultant said "Why are you going to come on the busiest day of the week (Saturday) looking for information? I'm busy today" He continued to tell us about he just sold a vehicle that day and how he was "ready to go home now." Can't speak to the main dealership if you are looking for a new car, but I would not recommend Wellesley Toyota if you are looking for a used vehicle. I took my business to another Toyota dealership on route 9 that treated me much better. More

Even though they messed up my registration delaying my receipt of the car by 3 days, they provided me with Top notch dealer, really easy to work with. Even though they messed up my registration delaying my receipt of the car by 3 days, they provided me with a stop gap solution by providing a complimentary rental car for me to use until my car was properly registered with the RMV. He was very accommodating when I couldn’t pick up the car due to going into labor. He was respectful to my fiancé when he and his friend went to pick up the vehicle I had chosen. He was easy to talk to and easy to work with. Markus made, what otherwise would have been a very stressful process, especially for a pregnant woman, easy and pleasant, and ultimately, a pleasure.
