Worst dealership ever Used cars department is awful. The salesman was totally disengaged from the beginning. We were the only customers but waiting on him was much longer than the drive test for my daughter's first car. There was very poor communication, and he made clear impression that he was much more interested to go home in the next 10 min when they were closing than to discuss the car. Next day, I went with my wife and asked him to show her the car if still available. He said the car is outside, it's open and she can see it. When we came in, we had to stand inside for a while waiting on him, only to hear that the car was not for sale as somebody had made a deposit. There was no other customer in the dealership who could have made a deposit while my wife was checking the car. This was a pure lie. We just left never to visit this dealership again. This happened yesterday. Today I bought a car from a dealership where they knew how to treat customers. My advice: stay away from Wellesley Toyota. More

After driving the iA I was not pushed, or pressured. If I had been, I would have walked away. Rather I was asked if I would like a price quote which was right where I had hoped to be. Horrible communication! Toyota used cars - do not trust what they tell you. Called ahead 30 minutes before arriving and was told the car as on the lot and not sold. Was told it had been viewed today but he reiterated NOT sold. When arriving there was poor communication in the store and treated as if it was my fault. very satisfied We purchased our Toyota at Wellesley and were very pleased with the experience. We have had the car serviced there and have one more free service next We purchased our Toyota at Wellesley and were very pleased with the experience. We have had the car serviced there and have one more free service next Fall. I had one minor complaint with the service , one was a car wash which was not a good job and the front window must have been dried with a dirty rag. They agreed to wash the car again at n/c. The second complaint I had was regarding my snow tires to be removed and regular tires put on. That wasn't done, but I was charged for it. I did not notice it, but assumed it had been done until my regular service garage went to put my snow tires on in Dec. and called me that they were already on the car and had been there all summer-not good for the tires. I spoke with James Wright and was very satisfied with the outcome. They will put them on at my next service for no charge. I know it had to be an over sight Everyone we have met there from our sales person, Ray to the service staff and red team, has been polite and courteous. More
