A wonderful experience! On Wednesday, October 21, I took my 2004 Rav 4 in for a routine service. The mileage was 99,300. The service manager explained that my entire exhaust On Wednesday, October 21, I took my 2004 Rav 4 in for a routine service. The mileage was 99,300. The service manager explained that my entire exhaust system needed replacement. I loved the Rav, but decided it would not be cost effective to put $3800.00 into an eleven year old car. That day we met with a wonderful sales representative and decided to purchase a 2015 Rav 4. I picked it up on Saturday. This was the easiest, friendliest experience ever! I would recommend Totota of Wellesley unconditionally! Shout out to Nai Ko and also Chris Davey, and all of the staff, including the lovely receptionist who gave our two year old grandchild a toy truck which occupied him while we signed papers! More
