I was very impressed with the sales people (Sally)as they did not pressure us and did a lot of research for exactly the vehicle we wanted. From the sales manager, Sean, to the service dept., Jeff, we were very satisfied and would highly recommend this dealership to others.

My husband and I did a lot of research about minivans to determine what make and model would best suit our family. For many reasons, including the fact that we live in the northeast, we decided to purchase an AWD Sienna. By the time we began our shopping, we were very well informed about options, inventory, and prices. We did an extensive internet search and visited four dealerships. From the moment we walked in the door at Wellesley Toyota, we were treated with courtesy and respect. Our salesman, Alens Constant, could not have been more accommodating or informative. He listened to us and understood our needs. He went out of his way to answer all of our questions and address our concerns. It seemed that his main priority was to find the right van for us. We were not subjected to high-pressure sales tactics. Alens was completely understanding we went to other dealerships to compare prices. At the end of the week, we returned to Wellesley Toyota and felt very confident that we got the right van for our family at a very good price. Their professionalism, and desire to treat customers with respect, and to build a long term relationships was refreshing. I look forward to doing more business with this dealership, including having them perform the service and maintenance on our van.

Eight years ago my husband and I bought a used minivan from another non-toyota dealership. Within three years of purchasing the vehicle we had put over three thousand dollars into it...........it had the original warranty still intact. The service was poor, and we always left there frustrated. The day we bought our toyota sienna, was stress free. employees were gentle, and patient. they were truly concerned with putting us in a car that we could afford, and that would accommodate our family of five. shaun our salesman, never was forceful, and there was no haggeling. We had questioned a minor issue with the van shortly after puirchasing it. They told us to come in any time, we did. The van was diagnosed addressed, all while our one year old played in the waiting area. we are completley happy with our experience.

I contacted twenty-two dealers before I settled on Toyota of Wellesley. I spoke with Craig Kates, a sales manager, on my initial call and he stayed my contact person throughout the process. Craig was very up front and honest with me from the start. I told him what vehicle I wanted, a 2009 Toyota Matrix XRS, and he called me back with his price. I soon discovered getting the XRS in the color I wanted was going to be difficult. When I called Craig and told him I wanted to see what I could get with a Matrix in the S trim, he did not bat an eye. He had the price for me before we hung up the phone. Craig told me to think about it when I started wondering what vehicle to get. When I finally decided on the XRS, but now in a different color than the previous three I had given him, Craig went looking for it. When I drove out to pick the vehicle up, Frank went over the vehicle with me. He also went on the test ride to make sure I did not get lost; I had driven two hours to purchase this vehicle from Toyota of Wellesley. We got back to the dealership, completed the paperwork with no surprises, and I have the car I really wanted. I had a lower price from another dealer, who was closer to me, but I was concerned about what tricks may be in store for me if I went with that dealer. I never felt that way working with Craig or Frank, and would highly recommend Toyota of Wellesley to family and friends.

I had a really great experience with these guys. They gave me the best quote, no one could even match them. All our communications were short and effective. Imagine, they didn’t try to sell extra stuff to me which I didn’t need. They offered some protection that I denied but it was only once. When a manager came after I signed papers I was expecting they would try to sell me some extras as other dealerships do that (one dealership wasted about 2 hours of my time doing that) . But he started to explain to me how to deal with registration, insurance, etc. Whole process took about an hour in which I bought a new car and traded in the old one. That’s never been so fast and easy. People I dealt with were very nice. Dealer’s name is Frank Zoll, unfortunately don’t remember name of the manager. I would definitely use them in future and recommend them to other people.

The pre-owned section of the Toyota dealer at Wellesley, Massachusetts surpluses every expectation. Their customer service is very professional with a great friendly touch. Recently, I happened to visit their store for purchasing an used Toyota Camry. They quietly listened to all of my concerns and expectations, and tried their level best to fulfill every single of them. Their Assistant Sales Manager Michael Kistoglou is an excellent fellow and he is 100% dedicated to satisfy his customers, leaving not a single stone unturned within his capacity. I just bought the car, so it is too early to comment on their standard of inventory, which I assume though, will commensurate with their excellent quality of dealing with customers. Therefore, ladies and gentlemen of greater Boston area, I would strongly recommend you to visit Wellesley Toyota dealership if you are in search of a very friendly and trustworthy dealership to buy your next vehicle from. I was looking for a Scion xD and entered a request for a quote online. Within the hour, Nai had a price quote and an offer to get the car to the dealership. Since I had already decided on the car, not much could be done to sell it to me, but they made me feel extremely confident in my decision as a first-time car buyer. They (at Scion/Wellesley) attend to you very personally and are very communicative with whatever questions you may have (they even checked my speakers by listening to them individually to make sure they all worked when I got the car). They are also extremely open about the car buying process, a selling point for me, which is in part aided by the Scion pure pricing policy. Having looked around the Boston area at quite a few dealerships (and multiple Toyota dealerships), I can say that the Toyota of Wellesley/Scion folks I dealt with were the best. I especially appreciated the email communications - Nai let me know not only when the car was ready, but previous to that, when the wheel covers were placed on, when they were being ordered, etc. - without me even asking. Coming from a younger demographic, I like more digital ways of communicating, it's easier on the fly - and this fit my needs perfectly. Also, I should mention, they work FAST here - if you decide you want a car, they will get it for you. I called on Wednesday and am now a proud owner of a Scion xD. Will definitely use them for service/maintenance and the next time I need a new car.

I requested price quotes from a number of dealers. Frank quoted the lowest price and stuck to it. I got just the car I wanted at the best price, and there were no surprises. Frank also provided an in-depth tutorial (helpful for a first-time Prius owner), so I felt comfortable that I could find everything in the car. If you want coffee, doughnuts, and warm fuzzies from your dealer, this may not be your best choice. I did, however, find Wellesley Toyota to be straightforward and businesslike, and I can buy my own doughnut with the $1000 I saved. The wait time was little long, but I bought at the end of the month, so that's to be expected.

This goes back to 1998, when I was shopping for a used Toyota Celica. I saw an advert placed by Toyota of Wellesley in the Globe that caught my eye. The price was too good to be true. When I got there they had the car and gave me a test drive. The engine sounded terrible. The salesman pretended not to notice it until I pointed out the obvious. He said it was nothing, their shop would take care of it. Nonsense! That sound was a death gasp, and the salesman knew it. The experience amounted to a bait-and-switch: pull the customer in with what amounted to a fake ad, and then hope to sell them something more profitable.
