As soon as we walked in they gave my toddler a little beetle and he was THRILLED. I couldn't be happier with my new Tiguan and with the service/sales at Wellesley VW. Eric T. our sales persons was incredible. Eric was patient and knowledgeable about all aspects of my VW. He was strategic in walking me through all of the aspects of my new car. He knew exactly when to tell me things, and when to show me things. He helped me set up my apple car play, and answer all of my questions before sending my off in my amazing new VW. I also want to give a huge appreciation to Paul Rowe, the GM, he was so incredibly helpful, we talked through financing options and he was super kind, and honest about negotiations. Eli, the last stop in the process, was equally awesome, he walked me through lots of options, he was so patient! Overall, Wellesley VW is fantastic, the entire team was top notch.
