I had an amazing experience with Drew at Wellesley Volkswagen. My car was towed there and Drew called me to let me know it made it to the lot. He ran diagnostics on it and was very forthcoming and hon Volkswagen. My car was towed there and Drew called me to let me know it made it to the lot. He was so helpful in explaining everything that was going on in an accessible, kind manner. My father of course wanted to hear what was wrong with the car so he also called Drew and had a similarly positive experience. In the end, I decided it wasn't worth it to do all the repairs, so I arranged for a car donation service to pick up the car. Drew kept me updated on the process of that and let me know when the car was off the lot. Overall, I had an amazing experience with Drew and Wellesley Volkswagen and I highly recommend them. More
