Drew Ricci was great. He helped me figure out a glitch with the VW Care maintenance plan on my Golf R so that I could use it at Wellesley VW. (I bought the car out of state and that dealer forgot to activ with the VW Care maintenance plan on my Golf R so that I could use it at Wellesley VW. (I bought the car out of state and that dealer forgot to activate the plan.) When the issue was fixed, he was super helpful and friendly in performing the 3 year maintenance and a couple other little things the car needed. In and out in a couple hours, and he checked in a couple times to update me. Not living in Wellesley, I have a few other dealers I could go to for service, and while I can't make comparisons, I've been really happy with the job the Wellesley team has done in the three years I've owned my (first) VW.
