I just completed the full cycle of my work with Aurelio -- from test driving, to negotiating, to preparation to drive away in my new CC. This was by far the best experience I've had buying a car. Upon meeting him the first time, Aurelio greeted me in a friendly way, with not a trace of high pressure in our interactions from then on. He indulged me in several lengthy test drives, taking the time to show me the features, answer questions, and, as he knew it would, letting the CC speak for itself. Of course, his focus was on selling me a car -- if not the one I ended up buying, then another that fully would satisfy me -- but he made me feel as though he truly was on my side. After demonstrating the dealer's integrity throughout the win-win negotiation, he expedited the paperwork and processing. When I picked up the car, all was as ordered. After walking me through the features, he asked me to call with questions about anything at all.
