Took car here for brake light indicator on. I Was told by service desk staff (Samantha) that I’d get a call to pickup the car. By one hour to closing time, no call, so I finally called them and I Was told by service desk staff (Samantha) that I’d get a call to pickup the car. By one hour to closing time, no call, so I finally called them and they said “it’s all set for pickup”. I go there, the cashier (Heather) charges me. I assumed the repair was done bc she didn’t say anything else to me. I go out to the car and find the same problem (red brake light). I go back in and only then does the cashier tell me they did NOT fix the problem, only identified the problem, and that I’d need to come back. It would have made sense if she’d told me that when I paid and before I left thinking the car was actually fixed. Poor communication. More
