To date, she may be my very favorite service agent there. She knew everything about my vehicle, explained what was happening in detail and yet clear, understandable language. She rolled up her sleeves and oversaw everything personally. This was my first time working with her and though I don’t look forward to bringing my car for service, knowing she’s there and she’s the one who will have my back for future maintenance, brings incredible peace of mind.
