Bob Werner grew up in the Manchester area and attended Manchester's Trinity High School.
I have been in the automobile business for over 25 years, and when the opportunity came to open up in Manchester it was an obvious fit. We are proud to be a member of the community and feel compelled to give back.
We are members of several non-profits and are involved with charities including the Special Olympics, Webster House, The Pan-Mass Challenge, The Friends of Manchester Animal Shelter and Team Emma's Enchantment. As well as long standing sponsorships for local sports teams like the Manchester Monarchs.
Werner Dealerships' reputation for excellence and community involvement over the last few years is already well known and Bob fully intends on continuing that tradition.
Werner has earned a position of prominence among New Hampshire Mazda dealers with their outstanding customer service and sales volume.

This dealership exceeded my expectations. I recently had an issue with my window not working and made an appointment to get it diagnosed. The video walkthrough of my vehicle validated my trust in these professionals. I felt more than comfortable leaving my car with them for the day. I got to see exactly what they saw. They were also able to text me as I had to communicate with them from work. Pros: friendly, knowledgeable, prompt, responsive, helpful Cons: absolutely none Best car dealership I’ve been to. 10/10 More

Needed glass replaced for my passenger side window, they had it ordered and ready, gave me a rental because they said it could take a little while and off I went for the day. Received a text when my car was had it ordered and ready, gave me a rental because they said it could take a little while and off I went for the day. The service department is top notch! This Visit, I needed Maintenance, Oil Change, tire rotation, Transmission and rear differential service. I was on vacation and arranged to have a family member get the ca Maintenance, Oil Change, tire rotation, Transmission and rear differential service. I was on vacation and arranged to have a family member get the car to the dealer and back and Werner shuttled them back and forth to home. Well, while checking over the car, the service Tech found an issue in the front end and gave me a call. We discussed the repair, costs, and that one of the parts would be covered under warranty as a courtesy! So the next day, the car was finished, the family member was picked up, brought to Werner to pick up the vehicle. I received a call, the service department took payment over the phone and the car was back home. Drove it upon my return and it is like brand new! (at 68K miles). Werner delivers this type of service every time! This is what customer service and repair is supposed to look and feel like. These days it is rare and I greatly appreciate the excellent service! More
