Had a great experience with Rob and Werner Mazda. Picked out the vehicle we wanted online, and were able to get some of the legwork done remotely ahead of time. I was stressed thinking about the car buying process and how long it would take. I came in only for a test drive for a car I was looking at. I was going to go up and down the street but I took his advice and I figured out the car wasn't for me. I was just going to leave but he had a suggestion and had a car in mind just from talking to me and what I did not like about the car. He pulled up the next car and I immediately liked it better. He told me the same thing to take my time and try it out. I felt no pressure at all and he said if I don't like it, it's fine and we shake hands and leave on good terms. He made me feel really comfortable with it. I tried out the car and absolutely loved it. It was not what I was there for but he listened to me and found what I wanted. I was hesitant about how long the process would take to purchase it but it was so quick! Even after the purchase which went beyond closing time, he sat with me in my new car and walked me through different features and how to work different things which really helped me out. I appreciated that a lot because it took away some of the confusion and I noticed things I may not have before. I'm very happy with the service and support as I went through this process. It's the best car buying experience I've had. More
