The service was done in a professional manner. I did not have an appointment but was given an appointment for later that day. I bought the car in and it was determined that my left front axle was leaking an have an appointment but was given an appointment for later that day. I bought the car in and it was determined that my left front axle was leaking and they needed to keep the car since it was not safe to drive. Werner gave me a loaner car which they always do if they need to keep the car for an extended period of time. They also recommended that I get my front brakes replaced which I said okay to. The car has 81,424 miles on it and the front brakes had never been replaced. The axle leak was done under warranty. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is that I and the service person had forgot to apply the service 10 percent off coupon which would have been a $43 savings. This was done on 12/22. More

Big shout out to Werner Mazda. The service department and Sales manager stepped up big time. During the annual state inspection, a crack was found on the subframe. Now I bought this 2014 Chevy Equinox used i Sales manager stepped up big time. During the annual state inspection, a crack was found on the subframe. Now I bought this 2014 Chevy Equinox used in June 2019. This crack could've cost me out of pocket,but the service department determined the crack was likely to have been there prior to my purchasing the car. It looked as though someone had tried to fix it(wrongly). The sales manager agreed to cover the cost of having it repaired. Gave me a free loaner. Repaired it in a timely fashion. Kept me informed all along the process. Highly recommend. More
