Love this place. Super Friendly & Easy to work with. Gave 4 stars this time because I called to schedule my car inspection and spoke to someone and set the day and time for it. After speaking with her she was able to squeeze my car in by the end of the day which was great but my appointment was originally scheduled for 8 am. I figured my car would be done by noon but it was not available until after 5:30 pm so plans had to be rearranged because of having no car. More

New location at 736 Huse Rd. Everyone was accommodating from driving the test vehicle off the showroom floor and allowing me to do an extended test drive of multiple vehicles. At no point in time did I fee from driving the test vehicle off the showroom floor and allowing me to do an extended test drive of multiple vehicles. At no point in time did I feel pressured into buying my car. It was one of the best experiences I’ve had buying a non luxury make! I am glad I drove 1 hr to visit this awesome dealership! More

Sales/Finance are good, Service/Detailing awful I wouldn't recommend Werner Mazda to anyone just based on dealing with the Detail and Service departments. We bought our CX-30 on a Saturday and it h I wouldn't recommend Werner Mazda to anyone just based on dealing with the Detail and Service departments. We bought our CX-30 on a Saturday and it had to go back to the Detail department twice before we would drive it off the lot. Once off the lot, we recognized that they heated up the clear coat and caused a big swirl on the hood. We also noticed the vehicle needed some work on the rear end (balance/alignment) we were told that was all set and it was not. We had to leave the vehicle at the dealership Saturday after signing all the paperwork and take a loaner. The vehicle was not returned to us until Friday (6 days later) and the rear end issue was still not resolved. After calling back with less than 500 miles on the vehicle to get it resolved again we were told it would be a week and a half before the could get it in. After asking for a manager to reach out to us one never did. Werner Mazda will not get another ounce of my business. It is a shame because David Lee, Jay Trabucco, and Rich Hammond were great to deal with! David Lee did a great job being patient with us and trying to work with the service department to get the issues resolved. More
