Robert was wonderful and patient with us as we test drove three vehicles before settling on the pre-owned CX-5 with every option we were looking for. He made the process enjoyable and seamless and I felt confident we got a good deal when we drove our "new" car home. The finance process was quick and stress-free, no heavy sales pitch to buy the extras which I appreciated. I would go back to Werner in a heartbeat for my next car! More

Routine Maintenance and wheel noise Scheduled a standard appointment with Brandon for oil change/tire rotation on my CX3..explained there was a noise in the front (Wheel bearing?) on the Scheduled a standard appointment with Brandon for oil change/tire rotation on my CX3..explained there was a noise in the front (Wheel bearing?) on the passenger side. Arrived at the appointment and Jess checked me in (after wiping the interior of the car with disinfectant wipes) and I was immediately given a loaner car...so off I go. A couple hours later got a text and there is Patrick(service tech) showing me what was wrong with the car right on a video on my phone! Well it was not just the wheel bearing but another bearing that was damaged as well..no questions asked, ordered and installed the following day under warranty. It is great to see that the complete problem was solved, explanations given..just great customer service! Some repair shops solve half of the problem, require multiple trips..not at Werner...very very pleased! More

Best dealership experience I’ve ever had, even in the midst of the pandemic. Extremely accommodating. I didn’t have to go to the dealership to buy my amazing preowned vehicle, and still felt like all my midst of the pandemic. Extremely accommodating.
