I can’t remember dealing with a more pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable rep than Jess. I told her how easy she made the experience and that she is definitely in the right job. I have dealt with Jess many times over the past year and had similar experiences. I have the same praise for David Lee who sold me my CX5. He’s helped me out several times since. Back in 2011 I went to Werner to purchase a Mazda 3 and was so mistreated by the sales rep that I went to Nashua and purchased the car from Tulley. I swore I would never go back to Werner until my brother-in-law purchased a CX5 at Werner and told me things had changed. I decided to give you a second chance and I’m glad I did. Keep up the good work. I will spread the word. Please thank Jess again for me. Also a service station tried to overcharge me for the repairs. Jess saved me over $800 in unnecessary work they would have done on my 2011 Mazda 3. More
