Back for my second Mazda! I was going to purchase my lease because I LOVED my 2016 Mazda CX-5. How could they have possibly improved on that vehicle so much that I would notic I was going to purchase my lease because I LOVED my 2016 Mazda CX-5. How could they have possibly improved on that vehicle so much that I would notice a difference? Well, somehow Mazda did just that. Cameron had me test drive a 2019 Mazda CX-5 and it totally blew me away. I decided to do another lease since it just made more sense thanks to Cameron explaining the pros of it. Now that I have had this vehicle for almost three weeks I love it even more than I thought that I would. Everyone at Werner Mazda is top-notch to deal with. Jay is the financial guru and very easy to deal with. Always, Mike is also a favorite. The service department is top notch and believe it or not, they are not always looking to send your money unlike a different brand of vehicle service department that I used to deal with. All of the Sales Managers are very easy to work with while pursuing the vehicle of your dreams! Thanks Rich! I will return for another in three years. I can't imagine going to any other dealership. Poor purchase experience I went in to Werner Mazda motivates to buy a car and was shown a great price which I agreed to. After discussing financing the price had suddenly gone I went in to Werner Mazda motivates to buy a car and was shown a great price which I agreed to. After discussing financing the price had suddenly gone up. I was quite displeased with this and decided to walk out. The sales manager, Nick, got a bit combative and went on a tirade about many topics including how reliable Mazda vehicles are. (In hindsight, this has not been my experience as I now have my fourth service issue in under 1500 miles) The day following this experience Rich did everything he could which is why I still purchased the vehicle. But with the aforementioned service issues following the sale I cannot recommend Mazda and especially this dealership. More
