Knowledgeable, Friendly Staff, and No Pressure Our salesperson, Roger, was very knowledgeable on the Mazda CX5. We went for a test drive with him and he not only answered all of our questions, but Our salesperson, Roger, was very knowledgeable on the Mazda CX5. We went for a test drive with him and he not only answered all of our questions, but he also educated us on many of the technology features of the vehicle that are not readily apparent. We also spoke with Nick about adding certain options. Nick was very helpful and nice to chat with. It was not a high pressure sales environment, so that made it a much nicer overall experience. Excellent day buying a car! I came into the showroom hoping to drive a Mazda CX-5 to start my car search. Worked with Dave Lee, who was very helpful in helping me understand the various models of Mazda CX5's. I drove three and never sensed I was taking too much of his time. He and Rich Hammond helped me narrow down which I really wanted and which were more than I wanted or needed. I ended up with an excellent car. I did not intend to buy a car the same day, but because I wasn't rushed to pushed in any way, and was given time to think it out well, happily did! Love my new Mazda. Jay Trabucco was the finance person - not your typical pushy one who wants to sell you all sorts of products and warrantees you don't want, but again, a helpful and straightforward guy. With all three of these men I felt I was dealing with people who are honest and genuinely helpful - not the stereotype of a car salesman. They are giving their titles a good name.
