Ditto for his colleague Rob Hering, who stepped in for Roger when I stopped by with some questions...patiently addressed my remaining questions and completed the deal...and ensured I got all the paperwork done swiftly in time to get to a business meeting that day. Ditto for finance manager Jay Trabucco, who on short notice fit me in around his existing appointments (given my time constraints) and guided me through all the necessary paperwork and processes. And ditto for general sales manager Rich Hammond who played a role. On the day I picked up the car, Morgan Blake in the parts department helped me sort through the floor mat/liner options, and Rob kindly installed them. I got a nail in my tire and called and spoke with Sharon in the service dept. She was kind enough to squeeze me in on such short notice in less than a half hour on a Saturday. Tire was patched up and saw in the service dept. She was kind enough to squeeze me in on such short notice in less than a half hour on a Saturday. Tire was patched up and saw the video of what they did. Didn’t realize a car wash was a complimentary service regardless of what you go in for. That was a nice surprise. I was on my way to enjoy the rest of the day in just over an hour from when I called. Thanks again!! More
