Quoted an hour, didn't get finished for 2 hours. Took twice the time quoted. I would have expected an update telling me why there was such a delay. sensor difficulty Had a problem with sensors shutting off while driving down highway. I called service at werner and they couldn't have been nicer. They did a free car wash ans lo and behold problem gone.I will now be more vigilant to clearing my sensor areas before I hit the road.Thanks again to Werner Mazda More

Service I brought my car in to have a couple of safety recalls worked. I picked my car up and was informed that only one had been done the parts for the other I brought my car in to have a couple of safety recalls worked. I picked my car up and was informed that only one had been done the parts for the other one had been on back order. They could of told me that when I made the appointment. Now I have to be inconvenienced and go back whenever the parts come in. Hopefully my steering will not go in the meantime. More

Consistently provide good value, accurate diagnosis of problems and issues have been fixed right the first time. They are also pro active in advising us of issues that may arise in the near future that will need attention but have never been "pushy". Recommend them highly. More
