Service I brought my car in to have a couple of safety recalls worked. I picked my car up and was informed that only one had been done the parts for the other I brought my car in to have a couple of safety recalls worked. I picked my car up and was informed that only one had been done the parts for the other one had been on back order. They could of told me that when I made the appointment. Now I have to be inconvenienced and go back whenever the parts come in. Hopefully my steering will not go in the meantime. More

Consistently provide good value, accurate diagnosis of problems and issues have been fixed right the first time. They are also pro active in advising us of issues that may arise in the near future that will need attention but have never been "pushy". Recommend them highly. More

Fast and convenient I needed a flat tire replaced and no one else could fit me in for a week. Service appointment i went to Werner Mazda for a Oil Change and too have my winter tires put on. They also took care of a recall on the airbag. The girl I with spoke was friendly knowledgeable and very professional. She set up everything for me and arranged fro me to get a ride home while my vehicle was being worked on . Mike gave me a ride home and came and picked me up when my vehicle was done. He was friendly and very personable. When I went to pick up my vehicle I told them I had a coupon that just arrived in the mail. They readjusted my bill. I have been a customer of Werner Mazda for several years , From buying 4 cars there to having my repair work done there. I have never had a bad experience they are professional and really seem to appreciate my business. I would highly recommend them to friends and family More
