Very disappointing experience today at this dealership. I wanted to buy a brand new Sentra as gift to my daughter going to college. The MSRP is $22k. The sales mgr (Jacque!) presented us with a price of $3 I wanted to buy a brand new Sentra as gift to my daughter going to college. The MSRP is $22k. The sales mgr (Jacque!) presented us with a price of $36k (thirty six thousand $), which included $1k dealer fee, and $9k (nine thousand$) as "Market availability? " fee. Which is a clear rip off. Within minutes, he reduced the price to $29k. I told him this is consumer rip off. I am filing complaints to BBB, local chamber of commerce, and other consumer protection agencies. I got to know that others in our community have faced similar crockery practices at this dealership. We don't need this kind of tactics of embezzlement in our community. I am taking my check book to other Nissan dealers in the area. More

Took my vehicle in for the $19. 95 oil change and tire rotation and left paying $50.66. My Altima has 16K miles and wanted to upcharge me to $553.65. Was told shop fees and an extra 95 oil change and tire rotation and left paying $50.66. My Altima has 16K miles and wanted to upcharge me to $553.65. Was told shop fees and an extra quart of oil. Be careful with the service writer Jim Bobek as he said my rear tires were out of alignment too. No way they could perform a full oil and filter change, tire rotation and put the alignment machine in 40 minutes. Last time my vehicle will be at this dealership for anything. Brake fluid is clear and wanted to change that out too. Commission sales, commission sales but attempting to push services not needed and charging over double the coupon is a crock! More

Already have buy a car from there and the experience is excellent and smooth while buying the cars and also on every visit for car service like in my last visit. Was taken at same time of my appt, everyone excellent and smooth while buying the cars and also on every visit for car service like in my last visit. Was taken at same time of my appt, everyone was very polite and made me feel comfortable, my car was ready in less than an hour and my car was bright and clean after the free car wash.
