Our experience with this dealership regarding the purchase of our new ‘21 Maxima was less than acceptable.... Especially when we got to the finance department. In my opinion, we were mis-led in our o purchase of our new ‘21 Maxima was less than acceptable.... Especially when we got to the finance department. In my opinion, we were mis-led in our options choices (plus I have personally worked in finance at a dealership)... so we canceled all of the add-on products within the next week. Wesley Chapel Nissan has been less than interested in handling our displeasure regarding our new vehicle experience, and plain and simply I would NOT recommend doing business with them. I could go on and on with more specific details, but at this point, I would give them a zero out of five rating. They were nice while we were purchasing their product, but good luck getting a response from them if you have issues after the sale. More
