Attitude makes ALL the difference I had been researching the Camry Hybrid for a couple of weeks prior to my purchase. I had even test driven one locally and fell in love with it. I had planned on working with a local dealership since I had been given a referral from a friend. Unfortunately their customer service was severely lacking and they treated me poorly over the phone. A few minutes after I had ended the phone call with the other dealership I received a call from Waseam at Wesley Chapel Toyota and it was clear to me that he had the customer service skills necessary to help me make the best choice possible for my new car. He listened to my needs as a consumer and when I showed up for my test drive appointment the entire process from test drive to signing for my new car was positive and painless. This was our second purchase here and look forward to the next one thanks to the terrific service they displayed - including Matt in Finance which many dealerships struggle with forcing individuals into things they later regret.
