There was absolutely NO pressure and Frank Millan helped me get back on the road and into a beautiful 2014 Corolla within 3 hours of getting to the dealership! Not only did he help me, he helped my family and I will always remember him for that, Thank you Frank Millan!! If you get Frank Wargo for your Finance Manager, consider yourself lucky! Frank Wargo was patient and kind and stayed late to make sure all our paperwork was correct and he finished my purchase and completed the awesome awesome night I had at Wesley Chapel Toyota!!!! I came to Wesley Chapel Toyota to turn in my 2009 Mazda 3 that I had purchased at this location one year prior. The sales associates were very kind, friendly, and cooperative and had me out of the store that that I had purchased at this location one year prior. We visited Wesley Chapel Toyota, first because Toyota product never dies, second because my husband has corporate business ties with the dealership. Ultimately were looking for a reliable used truck for our teenage son, and then I saw the FJ Cruiser.....that looked like it had just arrived as a trade in?...not even in detail yet?... My vision changed immediately from used Toyota Tacoma to used FJ Cruiser! It was beautiful. Sales person Jim Pettus, did not blink..... at my change of vision, he got answers, asap... next thing you know...we were buying it! I don't think it was ready for "sale" when I recognized it, it had just been inspected for trade in.....but they busted their you know whats.....to get final inspection, get it clean...detailed....carfax info...all we needed to make our buying decision. What an awesome experience for a "love at first sight" buy. We had quite the variety of sales team while we were there for the day. Facility Manager Armando, knew my husband, from prior facility business. Made us feel welcome from minute one. Jim and Armando made our day quite exciting and eventful. These guys were amazing. They found me a car that fit my criteria exactly. Then they went out of their way to set up the radio, blue tooth and seat adjustments to make it easier for me. Jack was extraordinary, he called me within 5mins after receiving my requested on line. He gave me directions to dealership (I called him several times because I got lost). He was very patient, courteous, professional and always friendly with me, I could not decide what model of Toyota I wanted, once decide what model, I could not decide on the color. Jack must have 10 miles dealing with me going back and forth looking for the that would suite me. Even after the closing on the deal he showed me how to get back on instate 75 so I would not get loss Matt was very proficient when completing the paperwork, he explained everything in detail as I signing the paperwork. The dealership as a whole everyone was very friendly, professional, courteous. They all made me feel as if I was a part Wesley Chapel Toyota family. I have never experience the treatment I received at another dealership. More
Ray was by far the best car salesman we have ever worked with. He was very kind and never pushy, the way some car salesman can be, which made us trust him more. He listened to us and catered to our needs, he made us feel cared for instead of like we were just someone he was trying to make money off of. We had to bring our 2 children with us and he was fantastic with them, keeping them in as part of the process and decision making. When our daughter spiked a fever and was struggling to get through this very long day, Ray went to the store and bought medicine for her so she could be a little more comfortable...definitely above and beyond service. When we are ready to buy another car we hope that Ray is still there, we would love to work with him again and will definitely send our friends and family his way! More

I have already complained earlier this year about the lack for customer care and quality service. After my complaint I naively believe that my customer service experience would change. On the 29th of October I scheduled an oil change with Wesley Chapel Toyota Confirmation #: X02DO1XRL9. After I pulled into the maintenance area I was coerced by one of the associates who tried to up sell me things I did not need nor did I find necessary. After my refusal I gave him the keys and went inside. Not 10 minutes later an associate came out and said that I did not need an oil change, that my oil change is every 10,000 and argued with me that I have been getting my oil change every 10,000 miles. I knew that he was wrong and made it known. I even showed him the Maint. Req. light being on on my dashboard. He told me no and that he could check it for me but if it’s not under Toyota’s warrantee they would charge me $90.00 just to check it. When I asked him why they would charge me he stated in his condescending tone “This is how we keep the lights on and keep our employees working. “ Therefore, I will not have my oil changed until my car has 40,000 miles. If there is any damage done to my car because of his recommendation I will hold Wesley Chapel Toyota responsible. Wesley Chapel Toyota does not have any care or concern for their customers.
