When we walk in we are greeted with genuine smiles by very nice people like Judy. Our sales person wasn't available so Mike helped us out and when Ray came in, they tag teamed us with wonderful service, consideration, and no pressure to purchase! Everyone we encountered was professional, informative, nice, and friendly! I can tell them I need to do more research and they don't call 100 times pestering me about when I'm going to buy a vehicle. They're patient and help us in a manner that is comfortable for us. When I was looking to trade my car in for a truck, my service representative saw me and came out of her way to say hello! Brian runs a great service department and I know I can count on them to take care of my vehicle when I need the oil changed or to fix my tire or whatever I need. They take care of me vehicles and make sure my family is riding in a safe, well maintained vehicle. More

I am extremely satisfied with my recent car buying experience through Wesley Chapel Toyota. I was in the market for a new Prius c 2, and I was going through the USAA car buying service to find dealers experience through Wesley Chapel Toyota. I was in the market for a new Prius c 2, and I was going through the USAA car buying service to find dealers and available cars in the Tampa area. I was also in the process of moving to Tampa from Connecticut, so I had to do most of the research online, at a distance. Michael Haake contacted me as soon as I submitted my request through USAA. Initially I thought I'd go with another dealer in the area, who also contacted me immediately and offered a greater USAA discount. However, Michael immediately reassured me that he could match the other dealer's USAA discount, and in the end did that and more. He was in frequent touch with me by telephone to let me know the different car colors and options that were available. When I made it clear that I did not want to pay for a bunch of extra options, he found me a vehicle that came with minimal options, and gave me a further discount on the options it did have (such as the extra-cost color "Moonglow," which is very nice but which I wasn't thrilled about paying extra for. And in the end, when I arrived at the dealership, I found that he had included at no extra cost to me some options that I had originally declined, such as the Toyoguard Elite service.) Michael and I worked out all the details before I even left Connecticut, and I put down a $500 deposit on the car to hold it for my arrival. When I arrived in Florida a few days later, Michael welcomed me at the dealership, walked me through the buying process, and took me on a test drive of my new car to make sure it was what I wanted. It was! Then, while I filled out paperwork about the financing, etc (I had a great loan through USAA, so didn't explore Wesley Chapel's financing options), Michael helped my mother, who had accompanied me, by putting new headlights on her Toyota Camry. She had realized the day before that one of her headlights was out, and so she bought new ones at the dealership and Michael went the extra mile, got his hands dirty and installed them for her at no extra charge. Then we all met back up, my paperwork and payment was finished, and I was ready to drive away in my new car. It was a Sunday, and for some reason the extra car key, valet key, and key tag were locked in the office of someone who didn't come in on weekends, so Michael gave me the available key and promised to deliver the other keys in person the following morning at my new apartment--and that is exactly what he did. This was the first time in my life that I have ever bought a car (I have always lived in cities with good public transportation up to now) and initially I was not sure what to expect. But throughout the whole process, Michael was friendly, attentive to my preferences, and worked to get me a great deal. I never felt pressured to accept anything I didn't want. My mother was also very impressed with Michael and with the deal I got on the car. I feel that Michael and Wesley Chapel Toyota provided me with exceptional service, and I am very happy with my new car. More

Get in the building and all of a sudden everyone on the team came down with amnesia. Great acting! interestingly I happen to ask each rep earlier on, I guess making small talk, how many years they had been working there at "WESLEY CHAPEL TOYOTA" 8 years 4 or 5 years for the other two. Not newbies at all was I dealing with. So the missing notes on the finance docs they never produced. And the missing finance guy who is not there today, as my wife and I were told. Who told you $500 dollars down? pulled out my text message and produce the voice mail message that proved my integrity and showed it to this poor finance guy, kinda felt sorry for him. Becaue now my discernment light switch came on, and the truth serum began to enter the area and it became crystal clear that they #1 never presented the deal #2 I was never truly "APPROVED' #3 It became plain and stated We don't do paperwork for nothing but make you come down here under a pretense that it's yours. How naive I was. I was completly embarassed in front of my wife, I was crushed. My wife and I were descriminated against because we have terrible credit score. So we look to buy now on a short term and pay it off sooner with tax returns come in. I explained this to the Finance guy. He says I'll call you in two hours, no call. to add insult to injury the follow up CSR calls for a survey and now I decide to write this story to warn would be customers with challenged credit to think twice and pary for truth serum tobe with you as you venture near WESLEY CHAPEL TOYOTA because the customer is the enemy mentality and lets play them like a fiddle for all we can widdle from $500 dwn to 3500DWN and a maybe. I would not have written this iftheywould have said tome "after we looked at your credit you would need around $3000 cash to make this happen, but instead they promise me YOu're Approved! Come on down.....LOVE the product but never allow greed to steer your dealer"ship" because eventually it will run a ground. All they had to do is what they said period. Cock this up as one of the worst days ever.Thanks Team for the experience. More
Stopping by without the intention of driving off or buying a vehicle that evening, I was immediatley greated by Brad. He asked what I was interested in and showed me several vans. The best part of this experience is that it is the first vehicle I have bought on my own, meaning without a husband, boyfriend or my son to guide me or speak for me. In a way he was all three. And it got better, since I was looking for a van as a second vehicle, I was assuming I would have to go back the next day with someone to drive it home, but no, Brad announced to me he would arrange to follow me home, along with a third vehicle to bring my new van home right then. That was great. Much cudos to Brad and Jaime who arranged the financing. More

The staff members at this dealership were extremely professional and helpful. Upon arrival, my father and I were greeted with a smile and handshake as we walked through the front doors of the lobby. professional and helpful. Our salesman, Ray Dallaero, showed an interest in what vehicle that I was interested in purchasing. He asked if I had done any research before coming to the car lot, and to be honest, I hadn't done much research. He was willing to show my father and I, various models and colors of the Camry so that I would be able to have an idea if that was indeed the car that I was willing to purchase. After speaking with the sales manager, I was told that I would be eligible for the L model of the Corolla. I was immediately disappointed because I was actually getting comfortable with the thought of owning a Camry. Ray allowed my father and I to take the basic model of the Corolla out for a test drive and I did not like it at all. The L model of the car did not come with the Bluetooth features, and the color of the seats were too light. When we arrived back to the dealership from the test drive, Ray, was able to see my disappointment and he made sure to go above and beyond so that I would be able to get the same features that the Camry offered, in the Corolla. Ray let me know that I was eligible for the LE model of the Corolla and I couldn't have been happier. This particular model came with: power locks, power windows, and a hands-free Bluetooth system to promote safe driving. I was even happier to find out that this model came with gray colored seats instead of tan. Ray, told my father that he could tell that my mood changed into a more positive direction once I found out about the model that was more suitable for my liking. I am very pleased with the staff members at Wesley Chapel Toyota. Having an experienced and knowledgeable salesman like Ray is what helped me make to make a smart decision when purchasing my first vehicle. I left the car lot with a brand new black 2013 Toyota Corolla. I was able to pay $350 for a down payment and traded in my 2001 Toyota Avalon. My monthly payments are $382 a month. To me, this was probably the best deal out there. My overall experience at this Toyota location was excellent. I am a recent college graduate and this is the perfect car for me. More
