Let me start by saying WOW WHAT A TEAM! I was helping my elderly father purchase a new car. He had not done that in a while so he was a little overwhelmed. My husband and I had purchased our car at Wesley Chapel Toyota and had been very pleased. So I contacted them via Chat online to find out what they can do to help me help my dad with this process. I can honestly say from the first contact with Lisa B it was like they truly wanted to help! I quickly received a call from John Wecherding. As I was unable to be with my father for the purchase, John worked with me with all my concerns and was there to meet my dad as soon as he arrived. He stayed in contact with me and made sure my father was able to get into a car he was not only able to afford, but was the perfect fit. I next spoke to Matt in finance and he was not only supportive and answered all my questions, but supported my dad in the process of warranties. He was A+ too! Both of these men made helping my dad at a distance very rewarding and stress-free. My dad came home in his new car with a huge grin! He was excited and said he actually had fun! My dad and I both agree that these two men went over and above what you would expect from salesmen. My dad said he felt no pressure at all, everything was explained, he felt respected and like he knew these fellows for a long time. That means A LOT. We were also both impressed by the TEAM involvement! My dad said he felt everything was being taking care of and they were on “his side.” As the daughter, I say a HUGE thank you to John for allowing me to be right there with my dad (even though I was on the phone) and being kind, patient, honest and darn right SUPER! My dad says he will recommend John to everyone and “the cookies made him happy too.” You cannot go wrong picking WC Toyota but especially John! More

I was looking at several cars and found a 2006 Toyota Avalon at this dealership. I inquired and John shot video of the car so that I could hear it run. The paperwork was done by Fedex, and John met me at the airport with the car, and didn't even go back to the dealership! John has been helpful after the sale with the registration process as well as Ann in the title department. Overall a great experience, and I'll look on their site the next time I need a vehicle. More

I can not say enough about our experience today at Wesley Chapel Toyota. We were in the market to purchase a new(er) car for my 17 year old daughter. They were friendly, informative, patient and sincerely concerned to make sure we made the right decision. In fact, Hugh had a "mission" to be sure we were able to get the car my daughter loved, yet make sure it was affordable for her. We purchased a 2011 Honda Civic Coupe. Oh did I mention we drove 2 hours from Ft. Myers to visit this dealership??? Let's just say, it was more than worth the drive.
