Great Experience with Victoria This was my first time leasing a car with Toyota, Victoria Fuentes was of great help and very knowledgeable of the cars that I was interested in. She This was my first time leasing a car with Toyota, Victoria Fuentes was of great help and very knowledgeable of the cars that I was interested in. She took the time to show me the colors I was interested in and took me for a test drive all while giving great information on the specs of the car. The leasing process was smooth, and she was very understanding of our concerns. She was also of great extra help with insuring the car, as it was my first time getting car under my name. She was also very understanding of the language barrier, she was able to explain everything to my mother in Spanish, who was with me. No matter the question, comment or concern, Victoria was able to fully explain to us the information. I am looking forward to continuing this relationship with Toyota of Wesley Chapel. More

My experience As usual, my experiences at Wesley Chapel Toyota was good. Because of time restraints (on my part limited my experience. I was treated very well and the experience was good. I am still unsure about my finances...I asked that I would get my usual time when the payments would start. And I expressly asked that if I did not get to pay Toyota directly that I would not use Sun Trust Credit union (my main bank is Bank of America and wish to finance there. I was disappointed that I could NOT be included in the advertised % percentage rate financing (Which has been highly advertised as a selling point.). I have purchased first a new Rav4, traded that in for a Highlander, then another Highlander, then 2 years ago, Oct. 31, I purchased my third Highlander. I had hoped that I had done enough new car purchased that would entitle me to -O-% financing...NOT so!! I still do not know who I will send my payment or when I will send a payment... More
