In the past I have walked out of dealerships and made purchases at competitors the same day. From the very second I met Hoang it was like nothing I had previously experienced. He was friendly, laid back, and helpful. Not once did I feel like I had to purchase the vehicle. He was going to make sure I was happy. I was going back between new and used and never felt pushed in either direction. He wanted me to do what I felt was best for myself and my family. He showed us all the features and was great with my very talkative five year old. Even after the deal he worked hard to help me out with an issue that could have been a problem down the line. In addition I worked with Jon in Finance and I couldn't have had a better experience. I know this sounds a little bit ridiculous but the experience was that good. Well as good as it could be when you are spending that kind of money and making such a commitment. Doan Dodge I will see you again and will let everyone I know of what a great experience I had.
