Two Days, Two Jeeps, One Great Experience What did we do when both my wife's car and my car were needing to be replaced? Well, at a family members recommendation, we went to see Johnny DiPasquale at Doan. The plan was to get my wife into a Jeep, but I wanted to look around at multiple dealerships after having my last three cars from a different car manufacturer. Johnny was out the night we went in (just to look) and we were greeted by Mike Wallace, who offered his assistance in Johnny's absence. He showed us some vehicles, took my wife for a test ride, answered some questions, and let us know when Johnny would be back in the office. Great impression #1 - teamwork. When we met with Johnny, there was an immediate sense of relaxation, no pressure what-so-ever, and sincere honesty. Great impression #2. Johnny took his time with us, walked us through all of the models that met her criteria, helped us figure out the costs after rebates and her trade in, and the next night she was there to pick up her new Jeep. After dealing with Johnny for my wife's car, it was an easy decision for me to stop looking any further, and get myself back into a Jeep. I was coming in with a lease that was soon to be due, and Johnny and his management team really took the time to help me to look at all possible scenarios, again, with absolutely no "selling", but providing me with the information to help me make my decision on what was best for me. Great impression #3 - they worked as a team to show what was best FOR ME, not necessarily for the dealership. I would recommend Johnny and the Doan team without hesitation to my family members, friends, and anyone who is looking for a quality car buying experience. Then we met Hoang Levin and his colleagues at Doan Dodge/Jeep, Mr Levin not only was respectful of Molly's wishes but engaged her in a knowledgeable pros/cons conversation that we both greatly appreciated. He then set her up to test drive one of each model of Jeep on the lot. She bought her a Jeep Wrangler (manual) and was satisfied she had made the right choice after working it through with Hoang Levin. Never go back to this dealer again! Bought a 2015 ram 3500 ($50k +) truck. It was delivered from buffalo (without my permission) and was dirty on delivery. Whoever went to pick it up (again without my permission) paired their phone on it and had the bass turned all the way up on the uconnect stereo. think my speaker might not be working correctly. I pay a destination charge, but the vehicle is getting picked up?! I would rather have waited for it. No care after the sale! Ii do not expect my vehicle in this condition for this price! Manager Mike Daeschner handled everything too. He should be fired along with who ever delivered the truck! Totally unacceptable! More
