Previously, I have always dreaded having to deal with car salesmen and dealerships in general. But, I have to admit that my most recent experience could not have gone smoother, unless of course, if they deci salesmen and dealerships in general. My salesman, John Dipasquale (Johnny D), was friendly, pleasant, and informative from start to finish. I think we spent more time talking about our personal lifes than about my truck purchase. That is not totally true because my wish list of options, colors, etc. was a large one, so I think he earned his pay in the hunt process trying to satisfy my needs. Johnny and Doan both made my buying expierience actually enjoyable. I would defenitely recommend both to friends and family and I wiould not hesitate to be a return customer as well. More

His manager above him (forget his name) and john D worked so hard for my husband and I to get two new cars under our budget and our past credit history. took a couple nail biting days but they did it ! not only was John a dealer for us (not his commission) but he was just an overall great man to work with. If we ever buy another car or have anyone who wants a new car My husband and I will definitely recommend they go to doan and ask for John Dipasquale. just fyi- we called many other dealerships around here even out of the area a little and not one told my husband they could do what we want with what we have and for as low as we needed it. thank you doan and John for giving my boys a safe car to drive in. My over-all experience from a sales and service standpoint during my recent purchase of a 2013-Chrysler 300 was excellent. With many sales persons you walk away exhausted and having viewed the experience as an adversarial roll, this certainly was not the case with Cory, he is the type of young man that would be an attribute to any corporation. I make these statements having completed a thirty-five year career as the Vice President, of Human Resources a fourtune 500 corporation.
