I was in the market for a new car and had been looking at some options but was unsure if I actually wanted to go through with getting a new vehicle. I stopped in to Doan about a month ago and dealt with Jer some options but was unsure if I actually wanted to go through with getting a new vehicle. I stopped in to Doan about a month ago and dealt with Jeremy. He was extremely friendly and very welcoming. I was just looking around the lot and he understood that, but helped me look at several vehicles and when I needed to think about it, handed me his business card. Normally not something I would keep-- but if I was going to get a car, I knew where I was going back to. I came back several weeks later and was again welcomed by Jeremy, who even remembered me. Jeremy was knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and made it feel like I was talking to an old friend. I would recommend Doan and dealing with Jeremy to anyone because of the experience he created. Buying a car is not usually a 'fun' process but Jeremy made it easy and enjoyable. I look forward to going back to Doan and will speak highly of them to anyone I speak with. More

Over the years, i have bought 4 jeeps from Doan Dodge/Jeep. The sales staff has always been pleasant. Two years ago i met Johnny D at the Tent sale. I went to local dealerships and got very bad service, no one would listen to me and what I wanted ! The only thing on their minds was selling me the highest priced van they could at the highest interest rat one would listen to me and what I wanted ! I found doan dodge on the internet and bought my van over the phone , doan dodge is 60 miles away from me ! Doan also worked with my financial institution so I got the interest rate I wanted! I worked with a very good salesman named Steve stone house over the phone and was able to get my van at a good price. 60 miles was not too far for me to drive for downs great service and staff!!!! The next day, I researched the car via the internet, stopped in the dealership and all I wanted to do is test drive the 200. Johnny introduced me to John Labate who was also very knowledgeable and a pleasure to speak with. Johnny D is the most thorough sales person I have ever had the pleasure to do business with. He went through the entire car, explained everything about it which I have never had before. We went for a test drive and made an appt the following business day. I told Johnny what exactly I wanted in a car and ask that he have what I wanted there when I arrived for my appt. Which he did!! Needless to say, I was out of there in no time at all, same evening....with a brand new car that Johnny dealer traded for me. He can get you any car you want even if it isn't on the lot!!
