Each and every employee (whom I encountered) exemplified real professionalism and the spirit of sincere hospitality by striving to help provide my family with the equipment modified vehicle that Carlo and Rosaria needed. Please believe me, purchasing a new and affordable vehicle can be challenging. My initial meeting with my sales rep was promising. He was courteous and polite. I had seen a 2012 Durango I was interested and I wanted to take it overnight. This was no problem. I was surprised however, that the Durango listed as new had over 5600 miles on it. I emailed the sales rep and asked if I would be within my budget of $500 a month at 72 months. He assured me I would be. When I came back, the numbers were not even close. I hope someone gets a good deal on that Durango, but it was not me. More
