I wanted a wrangler and he suggested that I speak with John Schneider at Doan. I called John and he came into work, on his day off, and we made a deal. John was friendly, knowledgable, and must have read me right, because he was not the least bit pushy or in a rush to "Make a sale". John answered all my questions and was a pleasure to deal with. I had to order what I wanted and John kept me informed as to when I could expect delivery of my wrangler. When it came in, once again John came in on his day off to deliver the jeep to me. I suppose he could have passed the buck to deliver the jeep, but made sure he did it. John D. has helped my family for many years with the purchase of cars and it hasn't been easy because most of the purchases were for my grandchildren. A lot of patience was needed on Johns part to chang purchase of cars and it hasn't been easy because most of the purchases were for my grandchildren. I had ZERO intention of purchasing a car ( I thought the dealership would be closed on Sunday ) I just went to look at Jeeps, as I know nothing about them. To my surprise the dealership was open, I was greeted by a very low key, friendly and easy going man named Cory DeKruger. I was not prepared being a single woman and not ready to buy - just wanting to look around. Cory was VERY informative, he was patient with me and showed me all of my Jeep options ( prices, styles, makes ) he answered all of my many questions with great knowledge and I felt ZERO pressure at all. He was so good at his job I actually bought a Jeep Liberty right there on the spot. At pick up ( less than 24 hours later ) Cory went over all the paperwork very slowly making sure I knew exactly what I was signing and he had explained many financing options and steered me in the right direction. I HIGHLY recommend working with Cory if taking a trip to this dealer - his professional and VERY laid back attitude are exactly what one wants when having to do the dreaded task of looking for a new car ( Ive had some BAD, high pressure and stressful situations is the past ) Corys sense of humor and personality just puts you at ease - he's a real pleasure. The showroom was very clean and the lot was easy to get around to look at the vehicles. I had visited another dodge/jeep dealership in the area and their lot was just full of potholes. I work in retail and understand the impression the whole experience upon entrance and exit can make on a person. The professional but friendly atmosphere, mixed with a well kept showroom/grounds helps me feel that I bought my car at a dealership that works hard to earn my business and that will keep working hard to gain repeat business not only from me, but any recommendations I make to people.
