I work in retail and understand the impression the whole experience upon entrance and exit can make on a person. The professional but friendly atmosphere, mixed with a well kept showroom/grounds helps me feel that I bought my car at a dealership that works hard to earn my business and that will keep working hard to gain repeat business not only from me, but any recommendations I make to people.
