Despite the fact that we leased our van during Doan's "Tent Event," one of the busiest times of the year for the dealership, we were continually treated like their one and only customer! On the day we took ownership of our 2012 Chrysler Town and Country Touring minivan, John took the time to once again walk us through all the "bells and whistles" that it had to offer, which we very much appreciated!
