I do not look forward to car shopping/purchasing. However, my daughter had a good experience with Mr. DiPasquale (Johnny D) at Doan so I thought I would give him/it a try. However, the actual transaction turned out to be quite complicated. It was a bumpy ride. Mr. DiPasquale was simply wonderful. He troubleshooted, answered any and all my questions, made himself always available and was generally a joy to work with. I truly believe he went above and beyond to assure the transaction went as smoothly as possible.
