I had an appointment at 11 to which I was told should be a quick “in and out” when scheduled. When I checked on the status of my vehicle an hour later they said they had JUST pulled it into the bay to start a quick “in and out” when scheduled. When I checked on the status of my vehicle an hour later they said they had JUST pulled it into the bay to start. I was told that appointments were just made to guarantee I got in that day but that was it/the appointment times don’t really mean anything…. This would have been good to know when I scheduled my appointment so that I could have made arrangements for a drop off versus just waiting. There is zero respect for the customers time. They were also planning to do an oil change when all I needed was my tires rotated. More
