I was told the wait time would be around one hour 20 minutes. It took 2 and one half hours. I was never told why until I asked what the problem was, apparently they didn’t have my oil filter and had ord minutes. It took 2 and one half hours. They are always available and fix anything timely. It would be nice if they fixed or replaced old or missing screws and fasteners. Maybe it’s not required to have all in place to be considered secure. But for the cost of the dealership services, replacing missing screws and fasteners on an older car without having to ask for them would get the 5th star. More
