Even if you’re from in state, keep reading… Took a test drive on a used vehicle and maintainence due light was on. We also noticed wear and tear issues like steering wheel vibrating at highway speeds. We ended up purchasing the vehicle but contingent on services being performed like oil change, tire alignment, etc. The finance process upon signing was a little shady and we also found out the manager was driving the car we were purchasing to and from work each day. Upon picking up the vehicle an entire week later after dealing with the registration problems the maintenance light was still on. We asked for record of services performed and they failed to provide that. We ended up taking the vehicle to a third party garage who told us indeed the oil needed to be changed along with a tire balance AND alignment. The wipers were also installed UPSIDE DOWN and were a safety hazard. Avoid this place if you want a quality taken care of vehicle. Chris Sorensen was our salesman. He also ignored our texts. 0/10 don’t recommend. More
