My car wasn’t ready in the slightest when I drove it off the lot. When I went back to address the issues the sales manager told me “it’s not my problem anymore”. I am super frustrated with how things were h the lot. When I went back to address the issues the sales manager told me “it’s not my problem anymore”. I am super frustrated with how things were handled being told “it’s a used car”. However, it was new to me and it should have been ready for me. The communication here was also not great, I had asked for the service department to not do my inspection. Due to the issues that the car had and weren't addressed until I complained. However, when I went to pick it up the inspection had been done despite telling them not to do it. More

Service is always done right but in the past year time estimates and keeping me informed has been way off.
