I had a tough time getting to Juan. I was told my car would be ready in 90 mins. But I had to call Juan at least 3 times to know when my car will be ready and he wouldn’t respond/call b I was told my car would be ready in 90 mins. There is no proper way to deal with parts, service and sales department. I have to get a part that wasn’t installed when I bought my vehicle due to parts shortage.
