The service here has gone way down in the past year. I was kept waiting for 2-1/2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation without anyone coming to give me an update. The best part of my story is that as I stood waiting for my "paperwork" which would take another 25 minutes, I watched as a man got into my car that was parked outside. I just assumed that he was doing the final cleaning and didn't give it another thought until I went to get my car (again, 25 minutes later) and he was still in my car. He was clearly taking a break or something. He had readjusted all my seat settings and gave me some lame excuse about how my car had a number on the rear view mirror and that usually means the car is waiting to be worked on. It took me a really long time to get my seat back to a comfortable setting. I will never go back here again. More
