I arrived and had to wait about 15 minutes before anyone came to me and asked if I needed help. The waiting room had a few people in it and the TV was blaring. All of the other people were not paying attent came to me and asked if I needed help. The waiting room had a few people in it and the TV was blaring. All of the other people were not paying attention to the TV and were looking at their phones. There was one woman who was having a very LOUD conversation on her phone for quite a long time period and I found it quite disconcerting. When my car was ready, they laid a dirty paper floor mat on the floor. My vinyl floor mat was dirty too and they just laid the paper on of of the dirt. Would it have been too much to ask a person to either vacuum the floor or just shake the dirt off the mat? Before I purchased my car from you I had a Lexus. Maybe I was spoiled by their level of service but I was hoping for better from your company. More

I called the manager and left a message to express my frustration, but haven’t heard back. I’m not sure if I should go to this place again. I can go to a place that I can trust better and closer in distance. More
