previously purchased five cars from this dealership and by far this was the worst experience I have ever had here or any other dealership I've dealt with. Examples of events leading to complete frustration by far this was the worst experience I have ever had here or any other dealership I've dealt with. Examples of events leading to complete frustration: receiving lack of details of all existing issues with the car we ultimately purchased, misplacing the title which delayed taking ownership for two days and then reneging on our purchase contract by removing add on items that were negotiated. Service Center at this dealership is commendable but I will not purchase another car. More
