During the installation of some additional options (e. g., door sill protectors), they damaged our brand new Sienna, creating a gouge in the body and paint. They promised to return it to new car shape ("as if it never happened") but botched the job and created clearly visible body paint work with poorly blended boundaries, paint that blogged together, and an area that was much larger than necessary. After repeated attempts to resolve the situation amicably with fair compensation for a new car now that has noticeable body work, which lowers the value of the car materially, the manager (Tony) and the sales team (Leo and Jess) all stopped responding to me or picking up my calls. This has been a totally unacceptable experience. More

Lots of just waiting around during the sales process. Every time we asked a question the sales person went off for 10 or 15 minutes leaving us alone on the sales floor. When the car finally arrived on a Friday, I was asked if I could come in Saturday to pick it up, and I could not, but said I could on the following Monday. Matt, the sales manager, said he would have the car charged, gassed and cleanded up for me when I arrive on Monday when I come at 9:30. I got there at 9:45 and the car was not ready for pickup when promised. It had not been cleaned, or gassed up yet. I Had to wait over an hour for this to happen and to see it for the first time, which meant we had to just sit for that time. The fact that the car was not ready when I arrived was extremely disappointed after having to wait an extra almost 3 weeks for the car at that point and being told it would be ready when I arrived by the sales manager!
