And the sales rep who handled my 3rd car purchase, in 2022, clearly stated that the spare tire was in the trunk. A few days later I was going to pump it up, and...what, no spare?! No space even allocated by engineering for a spare! I had to buy a spare & wheel...elsewhere, because Toyota no longer sells them. More

When I was dropping off the car at the scheduled time, no one greeted me - I waited 10 mins to be acknowledged. Finally John began the appt. When picking up the car, John left before I got there so I told another associate I was there to pick up but they didn’t know anything about my job. I told them at 6:00 pm that John said my car would be ready between 6:15 & 6:30. At 7pm I went to ask what the problem was and the guy just said that John didn’t put the paperwork in the bin. They found the paperwork somewhere and got my car. So I waited way longer than necessary. When I got in and started the car, the “maintenance required” message still showed. I had to go find someone to reset it. I got home and noticed the sticker on the windshield wasn’t replaced with a new one. I watch my mileage based on what’s noted on the sticker. More
